To use Kaamlee, you must:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• If registering as an employer, be duly authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent.

3. User Accounts

Job seekers and employers alike are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• All activities performed through their account.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Job Listings and Applications

Kaamlee serves only as a facilitator between employers and job seekers.

Kaamlee does not:

• Guarantee employment opportunities.
• Guarantee interviews or job offers.
• Verify every employer or candidate.

5. Employer Terms

If you use Kaamlee as an employer or recruiter, you additionally agree that:

• All job postings and company information you submit are accurate, current, and lawful, and relate to genuine, available positions.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your listings and for all hiring decisions, communications, and interactions with candidates.
• Your postings will not be discriminatory, misleading, or in violation of any applicable employment, labour, or data-protection laws.
• You will not charge candidates any fee, request payment, or solicit sensitive financial information as a condition of applying or being hired.
• You will use candidate data obtained through the Platform only for legitimate recruitment purposes and in accordance with applicable law.
• You grant Kaamlee a non-exclusive right to display, distribute, and promote your listings across the Platform and related channels.

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing, and to suspend or terminate any employer account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Location Accuracy Disclaimer

Job locations displayed on Kaamlee, including map pins and city/region labels, are approximate and may not be fully accurate. Location data is sourced directly from information provided by the hiring company and supplemented by geolocation services. We achieve good location accuracy based on the available data; however, we cannot guarantee precision in all cases.

We make our best effort to provide the most accurate location information possible. Users are advised to verify the exact job location directly with the employer before making any decisions based on location data shown on this Platform.
