2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Facilitate job applications and recruitment.
• Connect job seekers with employers and display job listings on the Platform.
• Enable employers to post openings and review applications from candidates.
• Communicate with you about your account, applications, and Platform updates.
• Improve, secure, and maintain the Platform.

3. Sharing of Information

Kaamlee acts as a facilitator between job seekers and employers, and sharing certain information is essential to that purpose:

• When a job seeker applies to a role, their profile and application details (such as name, contact information, and resume) are shared with the relevant employer.
• Some employers take applications on their own website. When a job seeker clicks through to such an employer's apply link from Kaamlee, we record the click and share their profile (such as name and contact information) together with the CV or resume they choose to share with that employer, the same as an application made on Kaamlee. The job seeker is told this, and picks what to share, before being redirected.
• Employer and company details, along with job listings, are displayed to job seekers on the Platform.
• We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Platform, and where required by law.

Employers agree to use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, update, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to its processing, by contacting us. Employers may similarly manage or remove their company information and job listings.
